Excellent service from Adrian & Mia at Ward Gethin Archer. Despite the other solicitor being incredibly difficult and causing constant delays, Adrian was fantastic and finally got us over the line. Really appreciated their patience and clear communication during a stressful process.

Made an appointment to get ID verified. Turned up today and staff were unsure what needed doing? Then told I could only pay in cash! ( not advised when I made appointment).Walked all the way to Morrisons and back as cashpoint at Tesco not working, when I got back I was then told I could have paid by card. What a shambles.

Twice i was reassured that someone would get back to me and nothing.
They are obviously very selective about what work they will actually take on.
