I received a settlement agreement with a short requested return within 9 days. I contacted Star Legal and was passed to Vaughan within 24 hours who then contacted me (out of normal work hours), to set up a review time next day. All was thoroughly explained with hypothetical examples, and the review was completed over the phone within an hour. Vaughan displayed excellent subject knowledge of the various legal references, and I have no hesitation in recommending Vaughan and all the associated team at Star Legal. The agreement response and requested certificate was all done within 3 days. Perfect service.

1 star rating is too good for this company. Poor communication, does not follow instructions, lies on a regular basis. Paperwork regularly gets “lost”. Time frames agreed which are not followed through. Very poor time management. Members of staff leaving on a regular basis. Yet they still want you to pay the agreed fee! Please do not allow this company to deal with any of your finances.

Absolutely fantastic service. Very professional, thorough snd proactive service. Vaughan really helped talking through all the nuances and variables.
