Very unprofessional, failed to meet deadlines (set by themselves), poor communication and very uncooperative and unwilling to assist
Only bothered about the money

Avoid at all costs and support smaller independent businesses

My family has used what was Thomas Horton for over 20 years but these unprofessional people will not be getting another penny from us

Sadly after a positive experience with the completion of our will we went with our 92 year old Mother to complete an LPA .The solicitor was cold not at all professional not at all welcoming, talking to her about cost first, the room was cold, she took her away for 45 minutes on her own not sure what she found to talk to her about! So sad that this solicitors has no empathy towards our elderly population it costs nothing to be pleasant

They dealt with my late mothers estate, probate and the house sale. Took a year or so, mainly due to the house buyers, but everything was sorted out successfully in the end.

One of the worst solicitors you could use in bromsgrove. So many mistakes in legal documents sent to sign.
Never respond to emails sent or take days to respond upon urgent issues.
Please dont use these

Kimberley and the staff at Star have been amazing, We used Star for my Grandfathers Grant of probate in April, we then unexpectedly lost my father in August, Kimberley is currently carrying out this probate. Alfin and team are doing the conveyancing for my grandfathers property. All the time being kept in the loop, Honestly I wont go anywhere else now.
