We recently used Star Legal in Tiverton for two house sales and a purchase, and couldn’t be more impressed. Stephanie and the team were professional, efficient, and courteous throughout, which really helped take the stress out of the process. A particular benefit for us was being able to call into their offices to speed up the signing of paperwork – a real advantage compared with other firms. Their support and attention to detail made everything run smoothly.

I was having a nightmare buying an auction property. Richard and the team took over and made everything stress free and simple. They communicated well with me and fought my battles against the uncooperative solicitor that represented the seller. I will definitely be using them again for any future conveyancing.

We have been using star legal Tiverton since April when we sold our property and with the purchase of our new one. All the staff have been very helpful and nothing has been to much trouble for them to explain in layman’s terms different aspects that we were unsure of. We would recommend them to anyone and would use them again.

We have had exceptionally good service from the team at Tiverton Branch. Moving house is always a challenge and if you can find a solicitor that keeps you informed along the way and gives good sound advice it makes life so much easier. We would most definitely recommend Star Legal Tiverton for your conveyancing requirements.

I can’t recommend star legal Tiverton enough! Richard and Helle were amazing to deal with throughout the process of our new house purchase. This was not a normal house purchase with lots of time on our hands, this was an auction purchase with an extremely tight turn around time (with non negotiable completion date) at a very busy period for the property market (June 2021).

Richard and Helle kept us updated throughout and took away the stresses, going above and beyond to ensure we completed on time to meet our auction terms. Richard is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything clearly, he was able to keep our confidence throughout the process, despite some hurdles along the way out of his control! We are very happy we used Star Legal Tiverton and wouldn’t want to use anywhere else in the future.
