We have recently rewritten our wills through Redkite Solicitors and have found the whole experience excellent. Right from the initial phone call to the Dursley office, through to the final documents, we found them to be knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. We also feel that the cost of rewriting our wills was reasonable.

Very professional. Extremely helpful. We used Wills and Probate department. They gave us some really good advice and helped us understand all the legal jargon which can be baffling to the layman. We really felt protected and that Rebecca had our best interests at heart. Thank you

Disappointing, when you can't get a reply to a simple email, numerous calls don't get returned and emails are regularly auto replied to with an out of the office message.
I couldn't recommend using redkite.
Perhaps it's just Kate, but have to say that it is un acceptable to not reply to an email for a month then repeatedly promise, yet fail, to return calls.
I'll be going elsewhere.
