I had difficulty finding a firm that could engage with me because living overseas was too munch of a barrier.The complexity of the issue I needed help with was not always grasped. This ended when I contacted Alexia Thomas at Redkite, and got attentive and expert assistance leading to successful resolution. As the engagement progressed it became clear that Alexia was very skilled, and worked with both a high degree of foresight and thoroughness.

I would most definitely recommend Sarah Howard. When writing my will, she demonstrated her professionalism , expertise and patience and did not over complicate the procedure . All the staff I met were pleasant and helpful .

Consulted a solicitor here (Rhian) to deal with my late brothers estate. First consultation we left feeling looked after, but as soon as we left the office it was as if we never existed. Letters were meant to be sent, which did not get done. Sent about 5/6 emails over the space of 3 months all were ignored. Highlighted the mortgage company were needing answers, again ignored. I stated that if they had a big case load on and didn't have time to deal with our matter then to let us know and I'd consult another solicitor, again ignored. Several phone calls and messages left, no calls returned. Now we are left in a difficult situation which has caused further upset at an already distressing time. Wasted 3 months dealing with red kite, absolutely appalling, especially as it was such a sensitive matter.

Redkite, through Carina Thomas at the Sketty office in Swansea, took ownership of its responsibilities from the outset, keeping us up to date and answering any questions that we had. This included guiding us through any issues that arose. This made a potentially difficult experience as easy it could be.
