Was recommended these by another Swansea firm and at first it seemed fairly seamless trying to get a conveyancing quote and to instruct them to act for me. Emails with an advisor was prompt but then she went off sick and no one was picking up her mail. I tried to reach out to the office and the person there couldn't have sounded more disinterested to get me on board as a client and the money was ready to pay them. He didn't even bother to ask is there anything I can help with. It was a very poor experience for me with lack of ownership and a poor first point of contact when trying to reach out to the office. I would have given one-star but the initial contact through email was smooth before the advisor went off on the sick.
