We would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Lucy Hollis for her friendly, professional and resolve in dealing with or matters. What seemed to be a simple sale of land and a renewal of a lease was turning into a nightmare sinareo. However when the files were taken over by Lucy Hollis, that all changed. From our initial meeting in the Carmarthen office Lucy betray a highly friendly professionalism manner that restored confidence in ourselves and the firm of "Red Kite " that the matters were going to be resolved and completed. She kept us informed and updated throughout the process. We can confirm that they have been completed. We cannot thank Lucy enough in expediteing our files and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Having lost my dad and being faced with a family member putting a caveat in place to stop probate, Alice went above and beyond to help myself & my sister out during a time that was difficult enough for us as it was.
Alice was caring, compassionate and ever so helpful, even emailing me on her day off to keep me informed of everything. She helped us get through a very hard time for which we will be eternally grateful.

We sold my late father in laws house at a very traumatic time as my mother in law is at end of life. Stephanie was fantastic through out.
Stephanie kept us well updated, was efficient and supported us throughout the sale. Truly excellent. Would not hesitate to use again.
