Not a great experience at all. Had a call on an urgent matter and then made to wait 9 days to eventually receive a quote and their payment terms. Had to chase and got two apologies from them for not keeping to their commitments they made. IBB claiming they have no records of our dealing. Please check your facts with Lynsey Smith your Legal Director - Franchising & Commercial Litigation

Our development company Common Ground Developments-1 have been working with Terri Warren since September 2021 and we just successfully completed on our first development. I cannot express how grateful we are to Terri and her team for an exception service. We were always kept informed on all movements and had timely responses though our entire journey.
