Without prejudice: They claim to offer legal and professional services, but in our experience their 'claim' is completely untrue. They told us repeatedly they could help us regarding our neighbour's false and misleading Listed Building Consent applications & planning applications, however, instead of reporting this criminal case to the Crown Prosecution Service, they referred the case to a junior civil law barrister whom they described as having 'no particular expertise'. A complete waste of thousands of pounds of our money and a huge amount of stress. We will report Haroon Kahn (Weybridge office) & Oliver Clawson (Lincoln office) to the SRA & the Legal Ombudsman. We have instructed a professional firm of Solicitors.
Our advice: DO NOT USE THIS APPALLING COMPANY! We dealt with Knights' offices in Lincoln & Weybridge.

Took 3 days to get a reply. Not able to speak direct with the Lincoln office. Eventually, received a call at 16.49 after getting very cross with the call centre. Given the run around do not recommend.
