Sadly I have had a terrible experience with this law firm and its cost me dearly. Their mistakes have ruined the last two years of my life and lost me a fortune. And atm I can see no end to it. I'm leaving this review because I have asked for their complaints procedure but they have failed to send it to me. IBB, there's no need to respond to this review by saying you can't find my communications, and then inviting me to get in touch. You know very well who I am. IBB Law are no doubt great at routine conveyancing, but don't use them for anything more complicated.

IBB Law were faultless in their provision of conveyancing for the sale of my mother's house for whose estate I was the executor. As with many people who researched the property sales process I was advised that delays in conveyancing were one of the major barriers to the speedy sale of a property. IBB Law however were 'on the ball' from the inception. I would recommend them highly.
