We recently completed on a conveyance of our new home in London. Linda Gregory and Rachael Marsden of Knights Sheffield based property team worked on this for us. They were excellent throughout. They responded promptly to requests and were very diligent in their approach to the legal work. We were very happy with the level of service and overall experience.

Knights did the conveyancing for my recent house sale, they were very easy to deal with and were always on hand to answer any questions I had and kept me informed at every step. They were also able to deal with everything online which was extremely useful as I was abroad for the whole process which wasn't a problem and ended being completely stress free. I had complete confidence in them throughout and won't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Avoid this legal firm. I had a terrible experience with them selling my property. Their follow-up process was slow, they did not set deadlines for paperwork and ultimately they did not check in with the buyers solicitors which led to the sale falling through.

The buyer was not approved for a mortgage and the sale fell through because of this. Knights then sent several emails demanding payment for their services. Services which were beyond unacceptable. I am happy that google provides us this forum as I am able to warn future customers of what they can expect.

Debbie and Kristie were absolutely fantastic with getting my case over the line in time for the stamp duty deadline (for the benefit of others in the chain). In addition, providing me with advice that increased their workload at a critical time, which was in my best interest. Thanks! Would definitely recommend.
