Helen and Elizabeth were fantastic with dealing with my house purchase. Every query was answered quickly with no holdups and the purchase was really stress-free.

My experience with HCB Solicitors in Warrington was fantastic and truly impressive. The team was accessible, hardworking, patient, consistent, and highly professional throughout the entire process. Despite delays from my seller, they remained proactive, followed up diligently, and never gave up until I finally received my keys. They went above and beyond to try to complete the process for me before Christmas, which I really appreciated. I would recommend them time and time again—especially Helen and Elizabeth. Well done, ladies, and thank you for your hard work. 👏 👍.

On 5 November 2025, I contacted your office seeking legal aid for my court hearing scheduled for 19 November. I was assured that a solicitor would meet me at court on the stated date and time to discuss and handle my case.
On the morning of the hearing, I attempted to contact your office to confirm that the solicitor would be attending, only to be informed that no one would be present. I was told that your firm had tried to reach me the day before but were unsuccessful. At no point was I informed that representation was uncertain or dependent on further contact.
As a result, I attended court without the legal representation I had been promised and was left in an extremely vulnerable and stressful position.
This level of communication and reliability is unacceptable. I request a full explanation as to why I was not notified earlier and what steps will be taken to prevent this from happening to others in the future. I also wish to know what actions your firm intends to take to address the impact this has had on my case.

The statement read out to me in private for which I had to lead guilty to was totally different to the statement read out in court. Whilst in the dock I couldn't hear the prosecution properly I only found out after a person attended told me. My duty solicitor should not be allowed to get away with this and I will be approaching the relevant authorities.
Make sure the statement read out In the private meeting is the exact same read out in court if it's different tell the judge before any plea.
