Amy at HCB Bedford was brilliant in my recent Help to Buy remortgage. Despite Help to Buy throwing repeated challenges our way, Amy was proactive and persistent and at times went above and beyond, keeping me fully updated throughout the process.

Alison recently acted on our first property purchase and I could not fault her service. I decided to go with Alison having dealt with her in my previous line of work, where her responsiveness and attentiveness towards other clients shone. Throughout the transaction, she remained extremely communicative, reliable, and we always knew that any correspondence we had with her would be dealt with quickly and efficiently. The legal assistants who also worked on our file were lovely and of the same level of reliability.

Alison's fees are very reasonable for the quality of work she is doing, and there is nobody else I would rather recommend, whether you are looking to use her for your selling or purchasing purposes. When you see so much out there about conveyancers not responding or being slow, you can be rest assured with Alison that she will change your opinion on that quickly!

I used HCB for conveyancing on my first property purchase. Alison and her team have been extremely fast and responsive on their communication. I often hear a bad rep about solicitors going AWOL but not for Alison and her team. Their eye for detail, guiding me through the process (also giving me a heads up on what would be the next stages), and keeping me in the loop has taken out a substantial amount of stress in the property purchase. Really appreciate their hard work!
