After a visit and was told they would get in contact with the other party and be back in contact within the week. 1 week later (9th June) I rang them marie told me she would call me back that didn't happen, few days later 12th june rang again to be told marie was on leave but would get hold of her to get the advice for me (this advice was wrong) following day I rang back to check that the advice given was correct when she told me it was I informed her of case laws on this exact matter meaning Marie's advice was wrong. Once told this the assistant said her colleague was on leave until Thursday but with the information I had give she would write in Marie's diary to contact the other party on the first day back and contact myself today Friday.
Today 19th june at 16:32 after still no contact I rang again marie answers the phone and said she is going to ring me back in 15 minutes as you can guess Marie yet again didn't do ask she said she would I then looked online to see that they shut at 17:15. So due to being messed about so much I contacted the other person involved to find out if Marie had been in contact as stated and lo and behold Marie hasn't been in contact. At this point I now feel like iv been strung along for long enough at a time when I should be being helped and guided.
If a family member passes away I'm sure the last thing you want to do is to have to chase round after the people who are supposed to give you the correct advice.

Referred to HCP solicitors to assist me in my situation of immigrations I have a case where my immigration rights are being breached and I am forced to pay back my Visa sponsorship as per the UK law and rights on immigration. This is unlawful. I went to the Wigan branch to have a chat with an individual there after I receive a call from the receptionist ensuring me that the individual will be able to assist me after having a sit on with them which he was very professional I must say and I appreciate that but the outcome was simply we cannot help you and we will draw you up a letter. This will cost you an extra £500 you cannot afford me as a case like this will cost you close to £5000 and it’s not worth the money so have a think about this if you would want to pay the £500 for me to draw you up a letter my honest opinion towards this is I am totally disgusted it’s my right is being reached as an legal migrant everywhere I go the lawyers and solicitors close doors on me because it’s got to do with migration or immigration law now this forces me to take this case on myself and hope for the best I’ve been in this country for almost 4 years. I’m on my route to indefinitely remain I’ve been a good citizen. I pay my taxes. I stay of problems. I do not cause any trouble. I work hard all for what

I have just finalised my first house purchase with the help of HCB.
They were recommended by a friend and I can see why.
My case was handled by Lara who has been fantastic throughout the whole process. She was on the ball and I never had to chase her up on the things that she had to do as it was always done right away. I would recommend them 100%.
Even the seller commented to me on how quick they were (unlike the sellers solicitors).

We recently used HCB to oversee the sale and purchase of properties.
Samantha Marandi was our contact and was absolutely fantastic. Moving home was something we was dreading due to the stress involved however any query we had Samantha was extremely efficient and very responsive. Any queries were dealt with straight away and my wife and myself kept up to date with the progress of the move.
I would highly recommend Samantha for any house moves as she was brilliant and we are extremely grateful for the amazing service she provided, even calling me on the day of the move to keep me updated with the progress of completion.
