We approached HCB Solicitors in Walsall to advise on a litigation issue, potentially very lucrative for them. We dropped the paperwork down for review after a telephone conversation and were told they would get back to us the next day (Friday). Nothing. Then came the weekend and a Bank Holiday, which i was obviously aware nothing would happen. We contacted them on the Tuesday and we were assured they would view the paperwork first thing in the morning and give us a call. Nothing. We ended up just collecting the paperwork. It hadn't even been viewed. Not a great impression or service to be honest. I'll take my business elsewhere
