I would like to share balanced and considered feedback regarding my experience with the legal services provided by Rob Price and the wider team at HCB Solicitors.I fully recognise that legal outcomes can never be guaranteed and that cases often involve uncertainty. My feedback is therefore not about the final decision, but about the level of engagement, depth of advice, and overall client experience. In my view, senior involvement appeared limited in practice, with much of the case management handled by junior members of the team. Although I was advised that senior oversight was present, this was not clearly reflected in the strategic preparation or strength of the legal arguments presented.I found the advice and supporting points to be less detailed and less robust than I had anticipated for a matter of this importance. This left me feeling that the experience and expertise I expected were not consistently evident throughout the process.Partway through the case, I decided to take a more active role myself in preparing and progressing the case w r to my son's school admission matter. Since doing so, I have seen forward movement and remain hopeful of a positive outcome, even though a final decision is still pending. I share this to illustrate my personal journey rather than to assign blame, but it did influence my overall perception of the support I received.I rarely leave critical feedback and do so here only after careful reflection. My intention is not to question professionalism or integrity, but to provide an honest account of my personal experience so that prospective clients can consider their expectations around senior involvement, communication, and strategic depth before engaging services.

Our purchase was passed to Nikita due to a covid issue. The timescales were tight before the delay so when Nikita took over we were very concerned the purchase would not go through in time. Nikita was brilliant, she did everything she could to speed up the process. I could not have asked for more. I would highly recommend HCB and Nikita especially.
