Was told to Emai to discussion an ongoing matter.Never got back to me so after a month I called back and was told someone will be in touch when they pick up my case.Waited over another month still no reply so I rang up to chase up and was told that they have dropped the case and can't look at it.They them said that someone from another department should of called or emailed me to explain this but never got notified of anything.Wasted over 2 months to only be let down.Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time and energy and has now damaged my chances of moving forward with my case.

I used Duncan Lewis for my Divorce and custody of my child. It was very difficult times for me but the solicitor that met me on my first meeting was so helpful and caring. I would recommend them to anyone who has family or child legal matters.
