The customer service at this law firm is absolutely horrible. They have no empathy and need training on how to talk to people in distress. Even if you don't have the capacity to take on a new case that needs to be conveyed in an empathetic and understanding way. It was honestly very frustrating and dismissing to talk to their customer service team.
