Absolutely amazing solicitors. Donnelly Clata Mazarello was so helpful, made me feel at ease and was extremely knowledgeable. It was a pleasure having her as my solicitor.

I will start this review with the person I communicated most who was Donnelly Clata Mazarello, who no matter how many questions I gave always was able to get back to me as soon as possible and as clear as possible which in my case helped me a lot
Whether it was communicating through emails or phone calls, she was always available and showed clearly was always happy to help even with questions that I’ve did feel silly asking she reassured me there was no silly questions understood where I was always coming from and if she wasn’t too sure on something she would doublecheck to confirm before advising me which was also in rare occasions
With Duncan Lewis‘s team and the people they had represent me while going to court made me feel more confident in the situation I was in then I had been prior
Would highly recommend this lawfirm to anyone, especially when it is coming to family law

I don't know how the whole company work but if its anything like the amazing solicitor Hannah, YOU ARE ALL GOOD!.
I had a LONG 3 year case "arrangments order" even though I had my son and the mother moved away to Scotland!, I was DRUGGED through the mud by EVERY party, that claimed to care for my son safety. Croydon child services, Met police, chair people, GPS and many more, even the courts giving the mother multiplechancesfrom being no shows and talking to her one on one! No matter what I did or didn't do, no matter how I listened, I was ALWAYS in the wrong and blamed for EVERYTHING, painted to be a monsters. Constantly hearing "a child needs his mother" regardless of anything.
Due to how badly I was constantly treated, like I'm a father, I can't look after a child, how I was made to look like a monster with no proof of anything. When I got paired with Hannah, I literally thought "just any other person who will take the mothers side just because", I did not trust her for MONTHS and just rolled with the conversation and did what she asked. As time went on I realised she was the ONLY person who was 1 listening to anything I said and 2 (most importantly) putting my sons safety/what's best for him FIRST!. She would always professional, even if I was a mess over the phone, from the stress getting to me. At one point I wanted to pull my application from the case because nothing was keeping my boy safe. Hannah being her amazing/professional solicitor that she is, never once told me what to do but give me her suggestions and it's down to me wether I listened or not. I'm very grateful that we was able to always keep a level, give me her time when needed and overall (well from my perspective) do her job fantastically.

Very poor service provided by Caroline Roche.
She charged 11000out of my Dad's Estate without any prior notice and she is not forthcoming with me.
She is not a Good and Honest lawyer. She has made my life hell
I would never recommend Duncan Lewis.
Only Samantha Who use to work for this firm.she was excellent. It is a pity she left

There girl who dealt with me was lovely n sweet but I needed a lion! Someone to fight for my case... to which they were no help.... I ended up representing myself (thats how awful they were) and won. They had the cheeck after I won my housing case to ask for emails and proof that I won so they could have it.... I guess they wanted to act as if they had helped or sorted things for their personal gain.... oh please! Do better!
