I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. Communication was poor throughout, with long delays in responses and little clarity on the progress of my case. I often felt left in the dark and had to chase repeatedly for updates.
I also found this company fraudulent as I asked for certain Barrister te represent me for 1 day in a family court a solicitor called Francesca quoted me £4200 inc Vat, i’m using a different Solicitor Company now and the price is £1800 including VAT for the same barrister ,So stay away from this company at any cost they will not help you they will rip you off
The advice provided did not feel tailored to my situation, and at times seemed rushed or lacking in detail. For something as important and sensitive as family matters, I expected a far higher level of care, professionalism, and empathy.
Overall, the experience was frustrating and stressful, and I would not recommend this solicitor based on my experience.

Terrible company . Case handler decided to go on holiday before court date and was told day before . The barrister caused more problems then they quoted over 2 grand to sort AND SHE WOULDN'T SORT HERSELF . IF YOU ARE A FATHER AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! IF I COULD RATE ZERO OR MINUS I WOULD!!!

I used birkett long as conveyance solicitors in the purchase of a new build house, they were recommended to me by the builder of the house. They were ok throughout the homebuying process but disappointingly when we completed and believed the builder had breached contract our emails took longer for them to reply to and in the end we were left to deal with it ourselves. Very convenient considering they must get a great deal of work put there way from the builders.

I have just posted on facebook my account of dealing with probate 8 years ago when my darling husband passed away.As I had done our taxes myself the years my husband was ill , I knew, of course, our exact financial situation, but had still decided to use Birkett Long in the final stages of probate.The best decision I could have made.The best professional firm I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Thoroughly knowledgeable,quick, honest.The recent publicity Re the astronomical fees banks charge for dealing with probates brought back the memories.I had no access to internet then,my sentiments now are as strong as 8 years ago.
