We engaged Gepp Solicitors for the sale and purchase of our home, and Bakshi and her team were outstanding, their attention to detail was excellent. They responded to emails efficiently and were definitely on top of the administration of house purchase/sale journey. .
Fees were reasonable and their offices were impressive in Chelmsford. Gepp Solicitors are an excellent choice.

We used this firm to sell my late mother's house. Less than 5 minutes from estate agent calling to say it was sold Chris sent the paperwork over.
The buyer subsequently pulled out and when a new buyer was found this was handled by Gamze. Gamze did a brilliant job. There were some delays/problems with the buyer finding the deposit, but Gamze kept us in the loop not just via email but also by calling me and my sister. Their rates were similar to other conveyancers. Gamze responded to any questions very promptly and provided a first class service. We were very very impressed.
