Unbelievably poor service from this company.if I ring I get a voicemail if I send email I have to send another before I get a response.I have raised my concern to a supervisor and been told it would improve but if anything it has gotten worse.I will
Not name the person as I don’t believe in such things done in public.but feel I have to air my views as a warning to others

Great service, I would like to pass on my thanks to Thompsons solicitors, especially Jack Bloomer. Following an accident at work, my union referred me to Thompsons solicitors. My claim was then handled by Thompsons. This claim was handled professionally, timely and with good communication all the way through. I was able to have my claim resolved with financial settlement prior to court.

I had confidence in him and Thompsons from the very start.
I was even given regular updates which put me at ease throughout the claim, not once did i have to do any chasing.
