They completed the job we hired them to do, but communication was poor throughout. It often felt as though they were overstretched, with too many clients and too few staff, which made it difficult to get timely answers or support. That said, they were always friendly when we did manage to speak to someone.

Moving house is inherently stressful, and unfortunately I felt their approach added to this. Conveyancing is complex, and clients rely on solicitors to guide them through the process. At times, it seemed this wasn’t fully recognised. Large numbers of documents would arrive in our inbox with little explanation or translation into non-legal jargon, something I obviously took for granted from previous solicitors I have used. A greater focus on clear (and helpful) communication, and proactive customer support would make a significant difference.

Overall, I was satisfied that the conveyancing was completed, but I was very disappointed by the customer service and communication.

I instructed Ramaden Solicitors to handle the purchase of my home in 2024, with Jordan acting as the file handler. I appreciate this review comes some time after the events, but I felt it was important to share my experience.

Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The process was delayed for approximately seven months, and during that time, essential checks were not completed properly. I also found Jordan’s communication to be unprofessional; on two occasions, I felt insulted simply for asking reasonable questions about my case.

There was a further delay of around three weeks when my file was left unattended while Jordan was on holiday. The matter was passed to a team member who appeared to have little to no understanding of my case, which caused additional frustration and lack of progress.

In addition, my interactions with the secretary were very negative. I found her to be rude and dismissive, and I ultimately had to attend in person to submit my forms because she was unable or unwilling to process them online.

Overall, the service I received was inefficient, poorly managed, and unprofessional. This experience caused unnecessary stress during what should have been a straightforward property transaction. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Sarah and Danielle make the most wonderful team!! They have made a stressful journey a delight. I would recommend them to anyone and would 1000% use them again. They are professional, acted in a timely manner and they are happy to pick up the phone and talk to you and explain legal jargon- which I have found so many other firms don't seem to have the time to do! Katie & Harriet were a brilliant team when it came to selling/buying property recently. It was a complicated process with a few hiccups along the way involving a couple of chains that fell through, but they were great with their communication and we felt reassured by them.
