We set out the move-in date we wanted, and Harriet Midgley actually got us there ahead of schedule. From instruction to completion it took just 7 weeks, which is absolutely impeccable work. There were a few niche challenges along the way, but Harriet overcame them with no fuss and kept everything on track. She was efficient, proactive and always a step ahead. Couldn’t have asked for better service — we’ll recommend her to anyone.

Our experience with Stacy Carr as the solicitor for the buyers of our house was nothing short of exasperating. Her unwarranted concerns raised to the lenders resulted in substantial delays, constant back-and-forth with our solicitor, and, ultimately, the withdrawal of the buyers.
Despite a plethora of evidence provided by both our solicitor and the estates developers, Stacy remained persistently dissatisfied. The lack of updates, despite relentless chasing, only exacerbated an already frustrating situation.
If you're seeking a solicitor who can effectively facilitate a home sale and avoid unnecessary complications, I strongly urge you to avoid Stacy at all costs. Our regrettable experience serves as a stark warning against entrusting such a crucial process to someone who falls short of delivering the necessary competence and efficiency.
