Used Ramsdens services for the sale of my property, despite having every issue thrown our way, Jordan and Maria were always brilliant and professional dealing with every problem. Spoke to a very nice lady this morning, was told I was going to get a call back. A few hours passed and I did not receive a call. Hence called back to ask when I could expect this call. Instead was faced with a very rude switchboard, who told me that the solicitors do not have time to call me! This was shortly followed by a call by the solicitor 'Emily'- who only called to defend the switchboard, she failed to ask what even happened! Offered no apology instead spoke to me in an unacceptable and unprofessional manner and raised her voice. I will be taking this matter ahead. I would advice clients to seek help elsewhere. There is no respect or professionalism here.

Made an enquiry for some legal work a couple of weeks ago. The receptionist took my contact details and said someone would contact me soon. Two weeks on and nobody has bothered to follow it up with me. I sincerely hope the quality of their response to an approach for business isn’t representative of the standard of their legal work!

Recently purchased a house from the council under the RTB scheme. Amber Daly and Tyler Maclean have been brilliant throughout and have made a daunting process surprisingly easy. The communication was excellent throughout and they answered any questions I had in a timely and thorough manner. Thank you both for making it as stress free as possible!
