Used Ramsdens for our wills and they were very accommodating and helpful and I would recommend. I approached them to do the conveyancing on a house sale but they couldn`t be bothered to get back to me so I`ll be going elsewhere.

We recently used Ramsdens (Elland office) to complete our sale and purchase conveyancing.
Our transactions were handled by Jolene Briggs and her team from instruction to completion.
Communication was consistent throughout and increased at times where required.
Following the date for completion being decided there was some challenges with our buyers solicitors however Jolene was on hand to support and ensured we completed on time.
Really great, local firm.

I dealt with Ramsdens for the purchase of my house. The entire process from offer acceptance to acquisition of keys took roughly 8 weeks. Julie and Gypsy from Ramsdens were readily available whenever I telephoned and were always quick to provide any information I needed. They were on my side the whole way and made the entire process almost effortless for me. Couldn't recommend them enough.
