Soon 4 years since car accident against my self. Driver and insurance company said they were at fault with in a month but Minster Law have done nothing. Ombudsman stepped in and I should get monthly updates, they did one in March but not bothered since.
Your just a cash cow to mister law and there not bothered about you at all only the money and that’s when they decide to do anything.
Absolutely appalling company, you would have silly to use this company.
Don’t try ringing them has you just get passed around to people that don’t have a clue so pass you on.
Minster Law you contract me has I will not contact you and waste my time yet again !

If I could give 0 stars I would.
Please avoid this company at all costs, they are nothing but unprofessional, negligent and have absolutely no idea what they are doing.
I have been waiting for a resolution to my no fault claim for nearly 15 months now. Im still waiting for not just my claim to be sorted but also physio for my injuries.
I am now looking into taking legal action against this company not only for negligence but also for compensation for the fact that none of my injuries have actually been sorted.

**AVOID MINSTER LAW.**
If I could give zero stars, I would.
**Case Reference: 05202T**
My accident happened in January 2024. More than two years later, I am still asking the same question: **what exactly has Minster Law done with my claim?**
For over two years I have been given promises, reassurances, and excuses, yet I remain without a resolution and without any clear explanation as to why my case has taken so long. The only thing that seems to move quickly is the passing of time.
The accident left me with repair costs, loss of income, and injuries. I instructed Minster Law because I believed they would fight for my interests. Instead, I have been left feeling ignored, forgotten, and completely let down.
After reading through reviews, I was shocked to find hundreds of customers reporting very similar experiences: years of delays, poor communication, unanswered questions, and claims seemingly going nowhere. I genuinely wish I had read those reviews before trusting this company with my case.
To the Minster Law representative who responds to reviews asking customers to provide their reference number, here it is:
**Case Reference: 05202T**
Please do not respond with another copy-and-paste apology or another request for me to contact your office. I have been waiting since January 2024. I want answers, not more excuses.
* What has actually been done on my case?
* Why has it taken over two years?
* Who is responsible for these delays?
* When do you realistically expect this claim to be resolved?
At this point, it feels as though clients are expected to simply keep waiting while their claims gather dust.
**Two years is not a delay. Two years is unacceptable.**
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering Minster Law to do extensive research before instructing them. If I had known then what I know now, I would never have chosen this firm.
**Avoid.**

Im struggling with this firm. Despite how polite my case worker is, in 2 and and half years I was given a 2nd lawyer with the previous one. I contacted them by email regular but barely get a response. I understand that it can be busy, but I have had 2 accidents previously that was all dealt with within 12 months. This one seems to be taking too long. When your involved in an accident that is 100% not your fault, stationary and has cost me a lot of money in the mean time, shouldn't have to go through this. The only responses I get is third party hasn't come back with another settlement fee, I have had court statements to sign off and still no progress. I shouldn't have to chase this up and email non stop, they should be pushing rhis case to settle. Fed up now. I dont understand why this should take this long. Very frustrating when we shouldn't be in this situation in the first place. My accident happened Nov 2023, and my son has been settled and paid out already but I'm still having to wait! This solicitor company was assigned to me for my car accident, I didn’t have a choice but to accept them and went along with it. From start to finish my case took 14 months. My case was simple I had whiplash , should pain and back injury. When the company signed me on initially everything was all good. After assigning me to a physio therapy I wasn’t really contacted until I intervened back in October last year and started to actually push them to resolve my case asap after my physio was done. I had to provide documents that I had already sent to them over and over again. I had to contact the firm to prompt them to take my claim to the next stage. The final point was when I had called minster law about an update and they said they have just submitted my claim (in March 2026 ), they told me they did this in December 2025. Also minster failed to let me know that my offer from the other party was actually the final offer - Minster law only told me this after I had called them for an update. This firm is very unorganized and chaotic. Be prepared to chase up matters and spend a good time on waiting for the phone to be picked up and they’re emails are ignored / not answered. Please avoid don’t ruin your peace. My settlement by the way was £600.01 and they claimed they’re legal costs are £2000.
