We worked with Emma to sell my wife's house and she was amazing.

It ended up being a long and complicated sale with one buyer pulling out and difficult buyer solicitors but her customer service never dropped throughout and she was always a pleasure to speak to and work with.

She was always willing to go the extra mile whether it be contacting the buyer's solicitor on our behalf to check something if we were worried, or answering our questions.

If anyone is planning on selling their house, Bailey Smailes and especially Emma are great and very professional.
