I cannot recommend Alison enough for her help with 2 separate cases in the last few months. I first used Alison years ago on the purchase of my first home, after selling my home I was recommended a solicitor through my estate agent. We have recently sold our house and bought a new home and used Haighs for both parts of the sale. Absolutely outstanding service. We were at the top of the chain and Alison was so efficient to ensure we were ready to complete at the same time as the lower part without any delay. She answered emails very quickly and also kept us updated at all times. Honestly the smoothest house transaction we’ve ever had and all done in less than 3 months. Used them years ago, which was painful and frustrating. Gave them a second chance when we bought a house a few years ago. As others have said, the communication is absolutley shocking, emails are claimed to have not been received and phone calls ignored. On both occasions, I had to physically go to the office, sit Nick down and tell him what he needed to do! It was claimed I had not sent any emails over the past 'x' months, but his tune changed when I scrolled through the 28 emails I had sent which weren't answered. We were chain free and the sale took over 5 months to complete which nearly feel through because of the delays.

Alison has been an absolute dream helping us sell our house and buy another. She was always there when i had “silly” questions and reassured me no question is silly. She really has held our hand all the way through this process. From putting our house on the market to completing it took 10 weeks! Alison was not messing around and things happened quickly.
