I wanted to share my experience of working with Lindsey Gwillam at the Redditch office of HCB, I was not Lindsey's client but the freeholder of a building where her client was buying a lease extension. Lindsey was very efficient and communicative and worked in a collaborative way. Lindsey's client, myself and my solicitor where at all times kept informed of the position and everything was dealt with by return. I deal with conveyancers everyday, I will say that the quality of conveyancing lawyers has reduced in my 45 years as a Property Professional, but some faith has been restored by Lindsey and HCB.

Natassia was really supportive, informative and really cared about resolving my issues in the fairest way possible. Answering any questions i needed, and being so helpful throughout. Professional and outstanding customer service - Recently completed a house sale with HCB solicitors, and it was a good all round experience. Recommended by a friend, Vicky looked after the sale. Excellent communication throughout, keeping us informed on the sale and progress. We had a few complex property issues to manage which Vicky took in her stride and provided sound professional advice. Very knowledgeable, and friendly wider team who were always helpful when Vicky was unavailable. Highly recommend HCB and we intend to use again soon, for other professional services based on this experience.
