My solicitor Helen was amazing, very efficient, professional and great communication. Always keeping me updated and doing what she said she would.

I never felt out of the loop or uninformed she provided good honest advice and got the job done!

Highley Recommend Helen in particular and the law firm she is an absolute credit to the company.

My family had the gruelling task of navigating my dad's industrial disease compensation claim, which ran over several years, during which time Dad passed away. Paula and her team did everything they could to take the burden of this process away, supporting us throughout. The claim was recently brought to a satisfactory conclusion. As much as it can in these circumstances. Mum's financial future is now secure and as a family, we feel well served and believe Paula and her team could not have possibly done any more. I would wholeheartedly recommend Thompson Solicitors for anyone needing guidance and support in what can be a very difficult process.

I don't think 5* is enough!
Thompson's solicitors have helped me with a claim that has been ongoing for the last three years.
Their patience with this case has been so incredibly appreciated by me.
They have been open, honest and helped me along the way when I didn't understand the law side of things.
The staff that I spoke with were always really friendly and didn't mind if I didn't email back immediately. I could not recommend them enough, they have been absolutely amazing.

From the very beginning of my journey with Thompsons Solicitors, Liverpool was a good one. All who were involved with my claim were friendly, curtious, professional and kept me up to date the whole way of my journey. I mean in the nicest way that I hope I don't need them again but if I do need a solicitor in the future it would be the team at Thompsons. When going through the journey I found I needed different people and everyone of them behaved as above. I would not hesitate to recommend their services. I am pleased to have had my claim completed with ease and professionalism.
