Wonderful experience with Montpellier Legal for our house purchase and sale, the whole team were great and George Hill in particular was fantastic. We had a complicated house purchase due to it being a period property that required lots of surveys and points to address and George was quick to action every time and replied promptly when we had a question. George Hill and Tallulah Rowell at Montpellier Legal handled the sale of our house and simultaneous purchase of another house. It was quite a long chain and a somewhat complex set of deals but George and Tallulah were superb. They are very knowledgable and were always friendly and helpful and got things done quickly and efficiently. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Having finally exchanged on our sale and purchase after many exhausting months of ups and downs from the chain we are in, we can truthfully say just how amazing Montpellier Legal have been. Our dealings were with the Worcester branch and I can honestly say if it wasn't for their amazing and professional service the long journey to finalize would have been much harder! A big shout out to George( senior Paralegal) who has kept us sane through this journey with instant replys to our e mails and phone calls and always happy to invite us down to the office if we needed reassurance and further explanation ... always totally warm, friendly, professional and understanding. I cannot rate his service enough...thank you to the whole team and especially George for being our absolute " go to" through these difficult months.

We recently moved house on the 18th December, And I can't praise Hannah, Isabel and her team enough, it was tight for time before the shutdown of Christmas still Hannah meticulously made sure that legally we were covered for everything we needed in our new property.
We had quite a complicated journey over 12 months, with a sale falling through, and our purchase completed to save a chain in 7 weeks!
If I picked up the phone or emailed instantly I could talk to Hannah, Isabel or George, nothing was too much trouble which is very rare.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Montpellier legal, they're useful app kept us in the loop every step of the way, I have no doubts that our house sale would not have gone through before Christmas if it wasn't for Hannah and her team, a big Thank you 🙏
