They were able to advise us well on some issues that came up and were always very responsive. It was also great that we could go in a speak in person where required. We recently used Montpellier Legal for a residential sale and purchase. Isabelle and her team were fantastic throughout. Our purchaser was demanding - and raised a significant number of queries. Despite the volume and demand, the team worked through diligently and in a very professional manner. The communication from the team was prompt and clear and they were always on hand to respond to any questions we had. So would recommend the team 100%.

We’ve recently completed on a sale of a house through Montpellier Legal and have been very happy with the service provided. Communication was great and all queries and questions were quickly answered. A few issues were discovered with the house and Heather explained what we needed to do to continue with the sale and answered any questions we had because of this. We wouldn't hesitate to use again and would recommend to anyone looking for conveyancers.

Absolutely first class service from the team at Montpellier Legal. From start to finish we were kept well informed, checks are thoroughly carried out which is what you want when purchasing a house. The app they have is a really great touch for keeping track of where the purchase is. Shout out to the whole team but especially to Kellyanne for the updates and excellent communication. Cant recommend enough.

Have just gone through the process of selling our house using Montpellier and I have to say the 5 stars here are thanks to Hattie. The app provides a great way to transfer your documents and start the process, but it isn't always accurate on the process or what's being waited on so chasing emails are still necessary, however Hattie kept us up to date and answered every email we sent promptly. Very greatful to her and the team for getting us over the line, and hopefully our purchase goes through as smoothly
