Isabelle and the Montpellier team went above and beyond to make both our sale and purchase process far smoother. We were assigned our own pod to deal with our case and always felt we were treated with a personal, human approach.
Our case wasn't particularly straightforward at times but Isabelle always took the time to explain via email or jump on a call to go through the finer details with us. The team was always patient, helpful and friendly - all important qualities when going through such a big life event!
Replies were always prompt and set up was made much easier by the Montpellier app where we could upload all our documents and view progress.
We would definitely recommend Montpellier to anyone looking to sell or buy a property!

Montpellier Legal are the best conveyancing solicitor I have ever used. My sale was complicated by including payment to my ex husband and a long chain. However Isabelle my solicitor never lost her cool, was cheerfully on top of the selling and buying, proactively negotiating exchange and completion dates and really driving the process for the whole chain. I have been impressed by the whole team and Isabelle in particular. She made what was very stressful way less stressful, always took the time to explain what things meant and was really available and brilliant at keeping me informed. If you are looking for conveyancing I wouldn't look anywhere else. Plus despite being a full five star service Montpellier are good value for money.

I have dealt with with Montpellier legal on numerous transactions. I can't recommend enough to buyers and sellers. There individual and client focused approach is the modern way to navigate the conveyance process from both buyer and vendor side. Speed professional easy to communicate excellent guidance and if a challenging legal aspect always good advice to way to keep moving forward quickly.
They are the most relevant experienced, conveyancing property legal firm I have worked with, in a personal way.
