I initially went with a cheaper conveyancing outfit and ended up with multiple complaints and constant stress. Switching to Montpellier was the best decision I could have made. They were a genuine legal dream team — fast, responsive, and incredibly clear in every explanation. They completed my house purchase in rapid time and made sure I fully understood and thought through every detail.

Chantal and team provided a really excellent service throughout our sale and purchase and I would highly recommend Montpellier to others. Communicating with the team was always easy with prompt, clear and helpful responses. Aspects of the transaction we needed to consider were identified proactively and explained clearly. Regular updates to estate agents in the chain also meant everyone involved was kept appropriately informed of progress. This all makes a huge difference when you are juggling a home move alongside a busy family / work life, thank you so much!

We completed the house sale within nine weeks and couldn’t be happier with the service provided. We used Montpellier Legal for both the purchase of our new property and our buy-to-let, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The whole team were incredibly helpful, professional, and efficient. They worked really well together and kept us fully informed at every stage of the process, which made everything feel far less stressful.
