This is regarding the Ashford firm
My experience with PIO Legal Services was extremely disappointing.
Communication throughout my case was poor, and I found myself repeatedly chasing for updates. Despite providing my hearing bundle and proposed cross-examination over a month before my final hearing, the revised hearing bundle was not sent to me until around 30 minutes before the hearing started. A promised conference with my advocate before the hearing also never took place.
To be fair, Lucas Copping-Trigg was always polite, helpful and professional whenever I dealt with him, and I have no criticism of him personally.
However, the overall handling of my case has left me with significant concerns regarding preparation, communication and case management. I have requested my complete client file before deciding what further action to take
