I recently purchased a house where Wards were the sellers Conveyancer, If I could award zero stars I would. They forgot to mention their client had over £270,000 of debt on the title register and were unhelpful, terrible at communication and gave zero confidence throughout the process. A real shame they seem to be recommended by a large estate agent who im sure recieve some kind of kick back. We used Lyons Bowe and the difference in service was remarkable.

Wards were fantastic for our house love accelerating as best they could and really holding there own against what was quite a pushy seller, always at the end of a phone or email to alleviate concerns or answer queries. Really felt informed whole way through the process
