Wards was the only firm out of 6 that refused to give me a conveyancing quote solely because part of my house deposit would be funded by a gift from a family member living abroad, in a not as risky considered European country. Surprising given that the world is increasingly more international and surely other people will find themselves in the same situation. I suppose they have enough work with the minimal effort/maximum return cases.

Extremely impressed by how quickly my request for notarised and apostilled documents was turned around. I called on Monday morning, had an appointment that afternoon, docs sent same day to FCDO in London. By lunchtime Thursday they were ready for collection. A+++ flawless
