The firm are awful paid £1700 for a LPA for my mum and and they spelt my name wrong. They do not expect any responsibility for this. I have had to sort it. They have refused to give me the original LPA's and want £35 for a copy each Totally incompetent and awful to deal with .
Yes I could have done it myself but a lot of money for it to be done correctly and it wasn't. Blamed my mother for not checking when they knew she had dementia.

This year, I and my husband had appointments at the offices of Taunton Solicitors. The first time was to have documentation verified for a sale of land in Canada and the second involved an application by a Canadian friend for Letters of Administration. Our friend believed his UK cousin died leaving no Will, but a will was later found..
On the first occasion we were dealt with by the senior conveyancing solicitor, and on the second, by para-legal Fiona, very professionally and in a welcoming and friendly way. Neither appointment was in the least intimidating.
Taunton Solicitors offices are situated in a tranquil, riverside location close to Tesco in Taunton and parking is excellent.
