Booked in for a consultation and left work early for a call back only for them to ring once and not pick up. Wasted my time despite telling them how urgent this call was. Was told to reschedule for a call back despite them not even giving me the opportunity to click answer on my phone Lack of respect or empathy! DO NOT RECOMMEND

In the two years I have been working with Matthew Taylor snd Kirsty McKenzie they have been totally professional yet managed to also be my friends. I have experienced a range of emotions in that time but there have always been words of reason, comfort and reassurance. My husband’s behaviour has been extreme in response to this divorce but there has been an answer or solution to every hurdle or crisis placed in my way. At the three day hearing I was comprehensibly cared for and I received comfort, encouragement and praise in equal measure. I had 100% confidence in “my team”. As this divorce reaches its conclusion, I am obviously relieved, but saddened also that they will no longer be regulars in my life.
