Shocking service stay away use other companies please
Had a number of telephone appointments and was late by 20 minutes on more then one occasion. A separate time was booked for a telephone call and didn’t even ring back at all. Emailed with my availability which they asked for emailed this on a Tuesday and didn’t hear anything back from them until Friday when I had to ring and complain.
All this was to help with in a difficult time with divorce proceedings and the service and support I received was absolutely shocking. I rang and made them aware of this and it has been put down as a complaint
