By far, this has been the hardest 27 months of my life. When I separated from my ex-wife, I never envisaged the emotional, financial and personal toll that navigating the legal system would take.
Gemma came on board roughly halfway through my case when matters had become stagnant and helped get everything moving again. Even when progress was difficult and the other side would not engage constructively, Gemma remained focused, proactive and determined to keep the case moving forward.

I cannot recommend Gemma from Stowe Family Law highly enough.
When I first instructed the firm, I had carefully chosen my solicitor and was extremely happy with the support I was receiving. When she left the company and I was informed that Gemma would be taking over my case, I was understandably upset and concerned. I had built a strong rapport with my original solicitor and was worried that changing representation part way through such an important and emotional process could negatively affect my case.
However, from my very first meeting with Gemma, all of those concerns disappeared. She immediately put me at ease with her warm, personable and professional approach. Throughout my case, I always felt that she genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for me and that she was firmly in my corner every step of the way.

Emma Newman and the team comprising Niamh and Gemma helped me successfully conclude a lengthy divorce process. I felt the team was always pushing for my best interests while balancing a practical and achievable outcome. Niamh and Gemma were easy and pleasant to work with and always worked empathetically and in a down to Earth manner. Legal advice is always expensive and I’d give 5 stars if the rates were lower ;-) but overall I was very happy with the outcome.
