Liz was always professional and personable in her dealings with our case and always responded to calls and emails whenever we had a question or query on the process. The whole team at Spire were great and helped the process go smoothly too, no question was ever too much.

A little austere meeting room. A screen still in place makes for a soulless experience.

We chose Spire Solicitors for their great local reputation however nearly 3 weeks after agreeing to proceed we recieved a phone call saying there was a conflict of interest. Our buyers and vendors are both with different solicitors, there is no apparent connection to Spire. Frustrating to find this out after so long. We're back to square one. No details on the conflict were given but told it was specific to Spire and we would not have the problem with any other Solicitors.
