Needed help dealing with legal documents. Spire have a very good review. The staff ever-so friendly and gave me all the help and advuce i needed. Also it was explained in plain english, not awkward terms.

We have always used Spire as have my family and receive consistently brilliant service, often messaging outside of hours and prepared to go that extra mile at all times.. This property purchase was partially challenging but nothing was ever too much trouble .. I do believe theybre as happy as we were that its almost over !!

Spire haven't changed since I used them for conveyancing back in 2012.
Staff are pleasant enough but they're expensive for residential conveyancing and everything is still manual and paper based. Our purchase fell through last month and we're now purchasing a new house but using an online solicitor and everything is so much smoother, documents we can fill in online without printing & scanning, e-signatures, daily status updates etc.
