Great service once again by Kerry Dilks.
Always calm and professional but with advice to make your sale exchange & complete when the bottom of the chain decide they want to change the plans at the last minute and delay everything by 2 months. With Kerry’s advice I held out on my original plan which was to complete before Christmas and despite a week of fraught conversations back and forth between everyone involved, the sale went through and I didn’t have to compromise unnecessarily and it didn’t cost anymore money (which it would have done if I’d have agreed to the last minute change of plans by the chain). Cannot recommend Kerry enough.

Sue Bloomfield helped with the process of selling my house. Amazing solicitor, always there to answer any questions I had. Really recommend her if you’re looking to sell your house or buy somewhere. 10/10
