These guys are fantastic and really ticked all the boxes when we were looking to rent a house in Ulverston. They are so quick and easy to deal with and I cannot recommend them enough. Andrew Sanderson and his colleague, Louisa were fantastic!

I have mainly always dealt with Andrew for my lettings and he has always been amazing. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him and he is always there to help whatever the issue.

The rest of the team are also very friendly and even learnt my preferences for rentals when looking for my new house which meant they were best pairing me to what i would like.

Great team, great service and a great agent!

Poole Townsend did a terrific job for us on our property sale, acting as estate agents and also managing the conveyancing. We were very impressed with their friendly, calm approach and attention to detail, finding a buyer for us much quicker than we had anticipated, and taking us smoothly through the legal process to completion. I can thoroughly recommend them.
