From the start to when the tenants moved in communication has been consistently great. Andrew and the team are very knowledgeable and this reassured me a lot being a first time landlord. I trust that if I needed any help or advice my query would be responded to promptly. Highly recommend if you are considering renting and/or are a first time landlord.

Been very happy with Poole Townsend. They're very fast to reply which I've never really experienced in other agents before! Andrew Sanderson has been amazing and has been very responsive with the issues I found when I moved in. They were all solved in days. Really impressed, 5 stars!

Poole Townsend have managed my rental property in Milnthorpe for the past 8 years. They are always responsive to both myself and to my tenant, which is so important. They go over and above in terms of the service they offer - I know that I don't have to worry that I am compliant with the requirements of being a landlord - I have complete peace of mind. A top notch friendly and professional service that is worth every penny, from the beginning of the tenancy to the end.
