Becci, Juliet and everyone we communicated with throughout gave excellent service. We had regular and effective communication, where information was needed that we were unsure of Becci and Juliet were quick in responding to our queries and used their professional knowledge to guide us in decisions. Especially helpful when we were drawing up a deed of trust. Having never sold, or jointly purchased a house before, this was an absolute God send because we knew that we were in safe hands. Where delays were happening we are absolutely aware that these were not due to our solicitors but with the buyers/ sellers solicitors not being as effective and efficient but that obviously is not something anyone can fully control, just chase directly and being informed of this allowed us to prompt the other parties where necessary.
