I have only sadly come into contact with this firm via letters received by me from Katie Woodcock whom is representing a client that has to speak with me, her letters to me are unprofessional, uncaring, and demanding. When she makes a mistake there is no apology , and she seems unable to send out a receipt when she receives money . I think further training is required , especially when she is dealing with bereaved relatives. I would never ever use this firm, so sad I have to deal with them at all.

It very much feels as if your 'issue' is something that this firm do not deem as important enough they will attempt to redirect you. Extremely disappointing.
